Spray glue application is the most regular technology for laminating process. It has advantages of low glue coating weight and flexible glue applying patterns. The machine is designed for the purpose of high performance, high output and smart operation.
The main components of this machine includes two unwinders for substrate materials, one glue laminating station and one rewinder. The whole machine is controlled by an integrated PLC system with HMI operation. The web width of this machine ranges from 600mm to 1200mm, and the machine web size is designed upon the need of your product requirement.
