Hot Melt Coating Laminating Machine for Label and Tape

Introduction:

The hot melt adhesive coating laminating machine is capable of processing paper label sticker and a variety of tapes. Such a wide variety of substrates could be served with self-adhesive, thermoplastic and reactive hot melt glues. Melt adhesive is applied through a heated slot die to the substrate’s surface. The amount of adhesive and gluing speed depends on the purpose of product requirements.

The machine is designed for the purpose of high performance, high output and smart operation.

The main components of this machine includes two unwinders for substrate materials, one glue laminating station and one rewinder. The whole machine is controlled by an integrated PLC system with HMI operation.         

We provide customers with a good selection of converting web width. It can be as small scale as 300mm or 750mm, or as large as 2600mm, depending on the output demand.
