Introduction:

Photo paper coating machine is one of our most sophisticated machines and have served some leading manufacturers in China. The machine is used for the production of digital photo paper, RC photo paper, matt or glossy water-proof photo paper.

Reverse roll coater, slot die coater and comma coater are regular coating methods used for photo paper coating. Our machines provide single application or two applications on the same side of paper, in accordance with demands of products. The coating machine is intelligently controlled by PLC system and HMI touchscreen. Turret unwinder and winder with automatic splicing, automatic tension control, and intelligent temperature control provide customers with high degree of production automation. It has an energy-saving drying and curing system, which re-use the heat of exhaust air, and save around 30% energy. The intelligent temperature control system cooperates with the unique structural design of the air chamber, which makes efficient air flow, uniform air temperature and no blind zone of constant temperature.
