Introduction:

Our pilot scale extrusion coating & laminating machine is perfect for product development, product sampling and trial production run. The extruder has the flexibility for running PE, EVA, PLA polymer which works as bonding layer for various substrates. The system also can be used independently for three processes: coating, extrusion coating and extrusion laminating.   

The extrusion laminating system minimize the traditional extrusion laminating line and make lab test available. We not only can test the new polymer of coating layer, but also the bonding performance between resin and substrate layer.
