Introduction:

The wide scale hot melt adhesive laminating machine can process non-woven fabric, breathable PE film, TPU film, and paper etc. The typical application is for diaper backsheet and disposable medical materials such as protective gown or clothing. We provide three hot melt adhesive laminating technologies for specific substrate materials and coating weight requirements. Gravure roller coating, slot die coating and spray coating are three regular glue applicators for our machine. 

The machine is designed for the purpose of high performance, high output and smart operation.

The main components of this machine includes two unwinders for substrate materials, one glue laminating station and one rewinder. The whole machine is controlled by an integrated PLC system with HMI operation.         

The web width of this machine ranges from 1000mm to 2300mm, and the machine web size is designed upon the need of your product requirement. The typical width is 1600mm for the use of diaper backsheet and protective gowns.
