Introduction:

The extrusion coating and lamination pilot machine is designed based on our profound know-how and experiences of commercial lines. A wide selection of machine functions such as multiple layer co-extrusion, surface treatment can be included. The extruders have the flexibility for running PE, EVA, PLA, PHB, PBS polymer which works as bonding layer for various substrates.      

The extrusion coating and lamination pilot line minimize the commercial line and make lab test easy and efficient. We not only can test the new polymer of coating layer, but also the bonding performance between resin and substrate layer.
