Extrusion Coating Machine for Aluminum Foil

Introduction:

Aluminum foil extrusion coating is a quite a demanding manufacturing technique. To achieve the highest level bonding between PE layer and aluminum foil, we introduce the multi-layer co-extrusion for optimized polymer combination. To reduce production cost while remaining at the best product performance, a second option is to add a primer coater unit to extrusion coating machine. Our know-how and experiences of PE coated alu. foil will be transferred to our customers for production shortcut.
