Introduction:

The hot melt glue coating machine is applicable for diaper sticky tapes, Velcro side tape, and elastic side tape. As a key component of diapers, closure side tapes production is a precise and complicated adhesive coating process to accommodate a number of substrates. The machine is equipped with ultimate precision tension control system and fully servo driving, perfect for narrow web handling. It is a compact design with multiple unwind and dual rewind, flexible for machine operation. The hot melt glue is applied to the substrates by slot die. After coating, they are cooled and slit for finished rolls.

The outstanding feature of our machine is ultimate precision performance for ultra-narrow web handling. It is able to produce full range of closure tapes for diaper, easy tape for sanitary napkin and discard paste tape for pull-up diapers.
