Introduction:

Our hot melt adhesive coater is an efficient and compact coating solution at low investment, rather than a conventional solvent and water-based coating line. It combines our experiences and know-how in coating technology with manufacturing expertise. The narrow web coater is versatile for coatings and served as a pilot machine or a production machine. It can manufacture self-adhesive labels, tapes, paper stickers, tags, and nonwoven laminates for diaper backsheet.    

Depending on glue application type, the coating weight varys from 1gsm to 200gsm. The machine is equipped with precise tension control, water-cooling roller, inline slitting, and the whole machine is controlled by an integrated PLC system with HMI operation.

Self-adhesive label, tag coatings, coating and laminating of tapes,

Nonwoven and breathable film laminates
